This is the biggest flaw in T3s... They are from, and excel in, w-space, and yet once you have one built/fly one in, you lose its plasticity of design. Consider thread bumped.

Buy some combat probes. Infinite places to fight. I also would love line of sight shooting, however we would need a slight upgrade in manual piloting system i believe, or a fleet formation template setup.

?? i run vista, windowed 1600x1200 on a monitor the same size, as yours. I run evemon (ofc) with its window filling option, its always spot on perfect, try it if your not already. If you are, then i'm as stumped as you are, no idea why it would be...
